Efrain Rodriguez is responsible for the financial operations of the Terremark, a Verizon company. His specific duties include supervision over the financial reporting, capital and operational budgeting, financial planning and forecasting, and financial analysis. Prior to assuming CFO role, Rodriguez served as senior vice president of Finance responsible for all finance, accounting and compliance functions, including SEC and Sarbanes-Oxley, while Terremark was a publicly traded company prior to the acquisition by Verizon.

Previously, Rodriguez was senior manager in the assurance practice at Price Waterhouse Coopers, where he managed audit and consulting engagements for the firm's information technology and entertainment clients in South Florida and Latin America.

Rodriguez received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Fairfield University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.
